Welcome to Melaya Logistics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Service agreement. Please read these terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Melaya Logistics LLC, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Melaya Logistics LLC offers the following services:
Training for Class A, Class B, Passenger Endorsement, Hazmat, and Tanker certifications.
Management and logistics services for express delivery services and general freight courier companies.
Business consulting services tailored to operational efficiency.
All services are subject to availability and may require a signed agreement or additional documentation to proceed.
3. Pricing and Payments
All service fees are as outlined in your agreement or as communicated during your initial consultation.
Payment is required in full or according to the agreed-upon schedule prior to service delivery.
We accept payments via credit card, ACH transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and up-to-date information required for service delivery.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the services requested.
Promptly addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during service delivery.
5. Limitation of Liability
Melaya Logistics LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services rendered.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel services with written notice 14 days prior to the scheduled start date.
Refunds are subject to our review and approval based on the stage of service delivery.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Oakland, CA.
